Role Assignments
1. RCM-DO-CR (Directorate User)
Assigned by: RDA of Directorate
Purpose:
- Create Initiatives and Notifications at Directorate level
- Applicable for: Centralized exams (e.g., IP, Group-B)
2. RCM-NA-CRUD (Nodal Authority – Circle Level)
Assigned by: RDA of Circle
Purpose:
- Create Initiatives and Notifications for De-centralized exams:
- PM/MG → PA/SA
- MTS → PM/MG
- GDS → MTS/PM/MG
- GDS → PA/SA
- Perform Final Verification of candidate applications
- Create Exam Cities/Centers
- Generate Roll Numbers
- Allocate Exam Centers
- Perform Candidate Mapping
3. RCM-CA-RUD (Controlling Authority – Divisional Level)
Assigned by: RDA of Region
Purpose:
- First-level verification of candidate applications (Departmental exams)
- Final verification of candidate applications (GDS exams)
4. RCM-VA-RUD (Verifying Authority – Sub-Divisional Level)
Assigned by: RDA of Division
Purpose:
- First-level verification of candidate applications (GDS exams)
5. RCM-ACA-RU (Assistant Controlling Authority – ASP HQ Level)
Assigned by: RDA of Division
Purpose:
- Second-level verification of candidate applications (GDS exams)
6. RCM-ECA-CRUD (Exam Conducting Authority)
Assigned by: RDA of Region
Special Note: This role should be assigned to Controlling Authority under which the exam center is located
Purpose:
- Halls assignment after generation of hall ticket
