Subject: Request for convening the due Periodical Meeting with Service Associations – reg.

Respected Sir,

It is respectfully submitted that the due Periodical Meeting with Service Associations has not been convened since the last meeting held on 13.09.2024.

The Periodical Meetings are an important institutional mechanism for continuous dialogue between the administration and the Service Associations. These meetings provide a platform to raise and resolve service-related matters, cadre restructuring issues, policy initiatives, 8th CPC, and administrative difficulties faced by the cadre.

Timely convening of these meetings is essential to maintain a healthy institutional environment and boost employee morale.

Therefore, it is earnestly requested to convene the due Periodical Meeting at the earliest possible date to enhance participative management and workforce harmony.
