🚀 Key Features of “48 SPEED POST”
- Guaranteed Delivery: Within D+2 (two days from booking) between six metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad).
- Priority Handling: At every stage — booking, processing, transmission, and delivery.
- Compensation: Full refund of postage in case of delay.
- Bulk Customer Benefits:
- Credit facility (BNPL scheme)
- Free pick-up
- Volume-based discounts
- Additional discount on advance payment
- National Account facility for centralized billing
- OTP-based Delivery: Included as a bundled service at no extra cost.

🛠️ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Booking: Available at TD post offices, BNPL centers, and franchisees in metro cities.

⚖️ Compensation Policy
- Eligibility: Delay, loss, pilferage, or damage.
- Amount:
- Delay → refund of postage
- Loss/damage → double postage or ₹1000 (whichever is less)
- Claim Filing: Online portal/app or physical form within 7 days of committed delivery date.
- Resolution: Within 7 working days, with SMS/email updates at each stage.
- Exclusions: Incorrect address, force majeure, law enforcement delays, booking outside designated PIN codes, prohibited items.
- Authorities:
- Sanctioning: Divisional Head / Sr. PM / CPM / Director
- Appellate: DPS (HQ)/DPS (Region)
- Appeals resolved within 15 working days.
