New "APT TALLY APP" for Streamlining DTR and Transaction Tallying

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to share a tool I've developed called the "APT TALLY APP" (an HTML file) to simplify the verification of mail, money order, and retail service transactions.

This application compiles data from Booking Solution reports to provide counter-wise, transaction-wise, and DTR account head-wise summaries. It is particularly useful for identifying discrepancies and tallying figures, especially when the APT application is unavailable.

Key Features:

• Compiles transactions from standard reports.
• Helps identify mismatches and differences in DTR.
• Useful during APT application downtime.

Note: Currently, PLI/RPLI and Bill Collection services are not included due to the unavailability of reports with the required parameters. I welcome anyone who can share the necessary Excel/PDF report formats to help integrate these services.

To use the app, simply copy all files to the same folder and follow the provided workflow document.
