| It is narrated at Regulation 11 (9) & 15(b) that shortfall amount, if any, may be replenished by UPS subscriber before superannuation/voluntary retirement and if no replenished then pay out reduced proportionately. | Replenishment is an option under UPS in case of shortfall and not mandatory. With respect to Pool Corpus, refer Regulation 7.1(d) of PFRDA (Pension Fund Regulatory and Individual Development Authority / Operationalisation of amount, if any, may be replenished). Volunteed Pension Scheme Under National Pension subscriber then when the use of Pool corpus as system of reference. | ||

| (B) Regulation 13(I)(c) - Voluntary Retirement | |||
| 2 | In case of voluntary retirement after a minimum qualifying service period of twenty-five years, from the date such employee would have superannounced, if the service period had continued to superannounce.13(I)(c): In this connection, I want the information by describing one example that as suppose an official after completing 25 years of service taking voluntary retirement at the age of 50 years. Now, as per the regulation list, he has to wait for his assured/datmissible pension for 10 years or say in another word for 10 years he would get nothing. Further elaborated suppose no official having DOR 10.01.1981, DOJ 20.01.2004 completing 25 years of qualifying service say on 26.01.2003 drawing base pay 48200/- in level 45 has applied for voluntary retirement under UPS Regulation w.e.f. 01.02.2000. In such; Whether, is he Eligible for assure payout under Regulation 15(1)?i. w.e.f. 01.02.2030? or; ii. Will he eligible w.e.f. 01.01.2041 as per regulation 13(I)(c)? | Regulation 15(2) – Withdrawal Percentage: | |||
