Integration was implemented wef Dec Salary and provision exists to recover Premium from Pay for policies w/o demand file data via manaul upload. Primary reason for Polciy not being included in Demand file from McCamish is due to incorrect DDO code used while bulk upload till Nov -25 premium. We had generated deduction file for such policies with proper 6 digit DDO code and got the success premium credit status response from McCamish for Dec-25 however the same policy was not included for Jan-25 Demand file from McCamish. As we check the issue , it is noticed that the incorrect DDO remained intact/unchanged at McCamish.
Hence below changes will be implented from Jan-25 Salary for PLI Premium:
1.For cases where Demand File not received, Uplaod the policy for recovery manaully.
2. Premium auto credit will not be sent to McCmish for such policies.
3. DDOs to upload such polcies into McCamish maually on or after 5th using valid 6 digit DDO Code as exists in McCamish system. This will ensure auto inclusion from susequent month.
4. Status as per PLI Paybill recovert report will be empty.
