 📌 Usage of the Tool for IPPB–APT Reconciliation

1. Purpose of the Tool
• To be used at Head Office (HO) or Divisional Office (DO).
• Helps reconcile the IPPB Monthly CTR Report with APT figures (HO/SO/BO level).
2. Accuracy of Transactions
• Ensures that all IPPB transactions are properly accounted for in APT.
• Prevents mismatches between IPPB data and APT records.
3. Discrepancy Reports

• Can be generated in Excel format.
• Available HO‑wise or Division‑wise for detailed analysis.

⚠️ Important Note on CELC Transactions

1. Issue with Micro ATM Entry
• If delivery staff perform a CELC transaction but fail to enter the amount in the Micro ATM app,
• The transaction will not appear in the IPPB Daily CMR Report.
• It will also not reflect in the APT data fetch.
2. Resolution via Monthly CTR Report
• Such transactions are still captured in the IPPB Monthly CTR Report.
• Hence, monthly comparison is critical to identify and reconcile missing entries.
