Calling for willingness to work as Developer/Programmer and Application Tester for Dak Karmayogi, at Postal Training Centre, Vadodara

In pursuance of Dte's Training Division letter No. Tr- II/3/2024- Training- DOP dated 02.02.2026, the Director, PTC Vadodara is pleased to invite willingness from eligible officials of Department of Posts (across India) for engagement on attachment basis for Dak Karmayogi Mobile Application development, Web Portal development and testing activities.

The details of required manpower are as follows:

These engagements are essential to support development, integration, security, deployment and testing of Dak Karmayogi digital platforms. Adequate manpower will enable parallel execution of tasks, faster turnaround, and improved system stability.
Detail regarding Job Description, Minimum Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification are attached in Annexure - I.

4. MODE OF ENGAGEMENT

Officials will be engaged on attachment basis. They will continue to draw their pay and allowances from their parent unit.

5. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

Applications of willing and eligible officials, duly approved by their controlling authority, along with service particulars and vigilance clearance certificate should reach this office on or before 31.03.2026 in prescribed format i.e. Annexure A/B/C.

6. CADRE:

Postal Assistant (PA) / Sorting Assistant (SA)

7.WORKPLACE:

Preferably at PTC, but can be allowed to work remotely in deserving cases.
