DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• 10th / Class X Marksheet & Certificate: Original and photocopies.
• Date of Birth Proof: if not mentioned in the 10th certificate.
• Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or other valid Govt ID.
• Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate, if applicable.
• PwD Certificate: Disability certificate, if applicable.
• Computer Knowledge Certificate: Basic computer training certificate.
• Residence / Address Proof: Valid local proof.
• Passport Size Photographs: Recent photos.
• Application Printout: Copy of the filled GDS application form.
• Medical Certificate: From a registered medical practitioner.

• Deadline: Candidates must complete the verification process by the deadline stated in the provisional selection email/SMS (e.g., 23 March 2026 for some 2026 cycles).
• Verification Location: The divisional head will verify the documents.
