Mandatory Security Enhancements in APT - Scheduled Downtime on 08.03.2026 from 07.00 AM to 08.00 AM - reg

Sir/Madam,

As part of the mandatory security enhancements in APT, a scheduled downtime has been planned for the implementation of the TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) latest version upgrade along with associated UI changes.

The activity will be carried out on 08th March 2026 from 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM.

During this downtime window, DOP end users will not be able to log in to the Internal Portal, and any active sessions will be automatically terminated.

All Circles are requested to take note of the above downtime and inform the concerned users and field offices accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Users are also advised to refrain from accessing the APT portal during the mentioned period.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
