MANDATORY USE OF TOTP APPLICATION

Instructions for ANDROID USERS:

• Download the latest TOTP App (Version 2) by scanning the QR Code on the login page.
• Follow the setup steps shown.
• Logout and login again – scan the new QR code to activate TOTP.
• Instructions for iPHONE / iPAD USERS:
• TOTP App Version 2 for iOS will be released within 2 days.
• Until then, use Mobile OTP (SMS) for Two-Factor Authentication.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Third-party authenticators (e.g., Google Authenticator) will NOT be accepted from today onwards.
• Mobile OTP option will be activated after 30 seconds.

Dear All, From 08 March 2026 onwards, security enhancements for login to APT have been implemented.  All users are requested to use TOTP application provided for Two Factor Authentication.

All Android Users are requested to download the latest TOTP App (Version 2) by scanning the QR code on the login page and follow the steps mentioned there. After installing the application, logout and login again for the first time using TOTP Application by scanning the new QR code shown.   New Version of TOTP App for iPhone/iPad users is being released shortly. Till such time, iPhone/iPad Users are requested to use Mobile OTP (SMS) for two-factor authentication.
