• Officers wishing to choose the date for fixation of pay under FR-22(I)(a)(1) should do so within one month from the date of issue of this order.
• If any vigilance/disciplinary case was pending against the officer as on 01.01.2026 or is pending as on date, a detailed report should be sent immediately and promotion should not be effected without specific orders.
• If the officer is on leave on the date of promotion, financial benefits will be effective from the date of joining after leave.
• This order partially modifies promotion order dated 17.12.2025.
• Relevant charge reports may be sent in due course.
• Hindi version will follow.
