Subject: Additional Charge/Statutory Charge arrangements on the vacant posts of the Senior Administrative Grade and Junior Administrative Grade of the Indian Postal Service, Group 'A' in the Postal Directorate/PLI Directorate/Parcel & CCS Directorate, as applicable - reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to the Directorate's Office Memorandum of even number dated 09.07.2025 and subsequent orders issued from time to time in the matter and to convey the orders of the Competent Authority for the following additional charge/statutory charge arrangements in respect of the vacant posts of the Senior Administrative Grade and Junior Administrative Grade of the Indian Postal Service, Group 'A' in the Postal Directorate/PLI Directorate/Parcel & CCS Directorate, as applicable:

Part-I: Senior Administrative Grade

1. Vacant Post: GM (B & I) – Post to which Charge is assigned: CGM, PLI – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
2. Vacant Post: DDG (DAC) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (MO) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
3. Vacant Post: DDG (Philately) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (PMU) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
4. Vacant Post: DDG (PO) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (Establishment, Planning, GDS and Legal) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
5. Vacant Post: DDG (Technology) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (PMU) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
6. Vacant Post: DDG (Transportation) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (MO) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
7. Vacant Post: DDG (PBI) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (FS) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
8. Vacant Post: DDG (Marketing) – Post to which Charge is assigned: DDG (Philately) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge

Part-II: Junior Administrative Grade

1. Vacant Post: Addl. GM (CCS & RB) – Post to which Charge is assigned: Director (Establishment & Planning) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
2. Vacant Post: Addl GM-I – Post to which Charge is assigned: Addl GM-III – Nature of Charge: Statutory Charge
3. Vacant Post: Director (Staff) – Post to which Charge is assigned: Director (Training) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
4. Vacant Post: Director (PBI) – Post to which Charge is assigned: Director (FS) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge
5. Vacant Post: Director (Investigation) – Post to which Charge is assigned: Director (Vigilance) – Nature of Charge: Additional Charge

The officers indicated against the respective posts shall hold such additional charge/statutory charge, in addition to their own duties and without any extra remuneration, with immediate effect and until further orders or till the regular incumbent joins the post/posts, whichever is earlier.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
