It is hereby once again informed that in case of DOP QR Failed Transaction please raise a ticket on support desk and attach this excel file without fail.
The refunds will be processed by the CEPT in 5-6 workings days after the ticket reaches them. If this excel file is not attached or if the issue in not described properly in the ticket then the said ticket will come back with observations - this will delay the refund process.
