Instructions to SPOCs – RD Bulk Pending Transactions

Dear SPOCs,

Kindly note and communicate to all SOLs under your responsibility the following instructions:

1. Clearing RD Bulk Pending Transactions
• If transactions are pending in entered status, modify the transaction ID and submit from the HTM menu.
• Each pending posted transaction must be verified individually from the Supervisor ID.
2. Bulk Posting Reflection in HFTI
• If bulk postings are not reflected in HFTI, please wait until successful initiation by Finacle end.
3. Cause of RD Bulk Issue
• The issue arises due to last‑minute postings by SOLs.
• This must be avoided by proper education and guidance to authorised MPKBY agents.
4. HISCOD/CSMDAY Completion
• HISCOD/CSMDAY will be successful only after resolution of bulk posting issues.
• SOLs must wait until successful initiation and completion of HISCOD/CSMDAY.
5. Supervisor’s Role
• Supervisors can check SOL status from the HSSI menu.
• If the status shows “Change of the date has been initiated”, the SOL can initiate CSMDAY at their end.
