Madam / Sir,

Reference is invited to the SB Order No. 12/2025 dated 15.09.2025 and SB Order No. 16/2025 dated 02.12.2025.

Accordingly, the TDS deductions under Section 194N and TDS deductions on the periodical interest credits under Section 194A of the Income Tax Act are accounted at CPRC w.e.f. 15.05.2025. Further, this unit has been filing TDS returns w.e.f. 01.12.2025 under Section 194A(including TDS deduction at the counter), 194E, 194H and 194N for the amount accounted at CPRC.

The Form 16A pertaining to the TDS returns filed by this unit for the 4th Quarter (January 2026 to March 2026) of FY 2025–26 has been uploaded in the following path. Circle-wise folders have been created, and within each folder, sub-folders are arranged in the format CIRCLE NAME_HO NAME_SOL ID (including HO & SO).

For Eg:

HO - Anna Road HO will be TAMILNADU_ANNA ROAD H.O_60000200

SO - Greams Road SO will be TAMILNADU_THYGARAYANAGAR H.O_60000601

The above said folders can be downloaded only in Sify Environment after installing Filezilla / WinScp. Please contact your system admin for installing the same.

It is requested to arrange to issue the Form-16A to the customers.
