Subject: Nomination of officers for the In-Service Training Programme on "Interface between Administration and Legislature" at LBSNAA, Mussoorie from 22–25 June 2026.

Purpose of Programme:

Strengthen understanding of democratic governance, legislative procedures, institutional coordination, executive accountability, public policy, and citizen-centric administration.

Enhance capacity-building for officers in governance and legislative interface.

Eligibility:

• All India Services (IAS, IPS, IFoS).
• Officers under Central Staffing Scheme.
• CSS and CSSS officers (Deputy Secretary/Senior PPS and above).
• Organised Group ‘A’ Central Civil Services.
• Faculty members of State Administrative Training Institutes.

Nomination Details:

• Eligible and willing officers, preferably those dealing with legislative/parliamentary affairs, governance coordination, and policy support, should be nominated.
• Nominations to be submitted in prescribed format by 08.06.2026.
• LBSNAA requested Ministries/Departments to nominate 3–4 officers by 10.06.2026.

Approval: Issued with approval of Competent Authority.
