Sub: Refresher Training for Aadhaar Operators through Video Conference on 23.06.2026

It has been observed that errors in Aadhaar enrolment/update processing continue to result in avoidable penalties and delays in application processing.

In order to enhance the quality of service delivery, minimize processing errors, reduce penalties, and ensure timely disposal of Aadhaar applications, a refresher training programme for all operators will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) on 23.06.2026.

Regional Offices are requested to:

• Ensure participation of all operators concerned without exception.
• Circulate the training schedule and VC link well in advance. (Link will be sent shortly)
• Monitor attendance and submit a compliance report after completion of the training.
• Emphasize adherence to UIDAI guidelines and operational procedures during Aadhaar enrolment/update activities.
• The training is aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing errors that lead to rejections, penalties, and delays in processing Aadhaar applications.
• This may be treated as a priority matter.
