The Ministry’s formal response confirms that no fresh Office Memoranda or revised pensionary calculations will be processed for employees who superannuated prior to September 1, 2008, under 6th CPC rules. Career progression benefits for retirees during the 2006–2008 period continue to be governed strictly by the pre-existing ACP rules in force at their respective dates of retirement.
