Composition of the Welfare Board

• President: Chief Postmaster General, A.P. Circle, Vijayawada.
• Vice Presidents (Ex-Officio):
  • Postmaster General, Kurnool Region
  • Postmaster General, Visakhapatnam Region
  • Postmaster General, Vijayawada Region
  • General Manager (PA&F), A.P. Circle
• Executive Vice Presidents (Ex-Officio): Directors of Postal Services of AP Circle Headquarters, Vijayawada, Kurnool and Visakhapatnam Regions.
• Secretary: Assistant Postmaster General (Welfare), O/o CPMG, A.P. Circle.
• Treasurer: Assistant Accounts Officer, O/o GM (Finance), A.P. Circle, nominated by the President, Circle Welfare Board.
• Regional Members: 9 departmental employees have been nominated/recommended from different regions and divisions.
• Union Representatives: Representatives from FNPO, NFPE, BPEU, BPEU (Admin) and NFPE (Admin) have been included.
• Co-opted Member: SC/ST Association representative, Sri K. Ravichandra Sekhar, LSG SPM, Prakash Nagar TSO, Narasaraopet Division.

The Board will function for the two-year term from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028.
