1. IMPORTANT DATES & TIMELINES

Candidates are strictly advised to adhere to the following schedule. No applications will be accepted after the specified deadlines.

2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the online application form:

• Single Application: Candidates are required to submit only one online application for all notified circles. Multiple applications may lead to cancellation.
• Document Upload: Ensure that all scanned documents (Photograph, Signature, and required certificates) are clear and in the prescribed format (usually JPG/PDF) as per the notification guidelines.
• Application Fee: Check the official notification for applicable fee exemptions (e.g., for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates) and payment modes.
• Merit List: Selection will be based solely on the merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the 10th standard (Secondary School Examination). No written examination or interview will be conducted.
• Post Preferences: Candidates must carefully select their preferred Post Office locations and Circle. Choices once submitted during the application window cannot be changed later.
• Edit Window: The "Edit/Correction Window" (23-09 to 24-09-2026) is the only opportunity to rectify any errors in your application form. No changes will be entertained after the end of this window.
