Subject : Reissuance of Training Orders for GDS Candidates Failing to Attend Initial Training - reg.
Sir/Madam,
This Directorate received a reference, requesting guidance, from U.P. Circle where a candidate a GDS Candidate selected through GDS Online Engagement Schedule - I, Jan-2026 failed to attend the training as per the initial order.
The matter has been examined with the observations of CEPT. It has been decided that in case any turned-up candidate could not attend the training as per the training order issued due to any genuine reason, the competent authority may issue a revised 3-day training order to the candidate using "Edit Training Details" option entering the revised training details, and generate a revised Training Order. The revised training order may not be issued later than the lapse of one month (30 days) period from the earlier order's date to restrict misuse.
This dispose the query raised by U.P. circle vide letter no. Rectt/GDS Onl. Eng/Jan-26/Corres/8 dated 02.07.2026.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
भवदीय/Yours faithfully
गुरविदर सिंह/Gurvinder Singh सहायक महानिवेशक/Assistant Director General (GDS)
