Subject: Revised tariff structure of India Post Parcel and Speed Post Parcel and introduction of “India Post Last Mile”
The revised tariff structure for India Post Parcel and Speed Post Parcel came into effect from 01.08.2026, based on S.O. No. 4241(E) published in the Gazette of India dated 31.07.2026.
The revised tariff was circulated through Office Letter No. 39-09/2025-PD dated 01.07.2026.
A new service, “India Post Last Mile”, was also introduced through the same S.O. to meet the specific requirements of contractual customers.
Information regarding the tariff revision was circulated through Letter No. 39-09/2025 dated 31.07.2026, followed by a clarification dated 05.08.2026.
Since the tariff revision letter and subsequent clarification are interlinked and should not be read separately, both documents have been combined as annexures to this Office Memorandum for better clarity and easy reference.
