Letter no. FNPO/Common Organization structure/DoP dated 12.08.2026 received from the Secretary General, Federation of National Postal Organisations regarding practical difficulties, operational implications, and suggestions for ensuring smooth public service delivery (PE-II).

Letter no. NUPE/144/Bifurcation of Postal Administrative Unit/2026 dated 04.08.2026 received from the General Secretary, National Union of Postal Employees Postmen & MTS Gr. C regarding consultation with CHQ-level Staff Unions before finalisation of proposals for bifurcation/reorganisation of Postal Administrative Units (Establishment).
