Revision of Vacancy Years for Postal Service Group ‘B’ Promotions (2017–2023)

📌 Key Points

• Issued by the Department of Posts, Personnel Division following the revision of LDCE results for vacancy years 2017–2023.

🗂️ Section A – Revision of Vacancy Year

• Lists officers across circles (Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, etc.) whose vacancy years have been revised.

Example:

• Ranga Rao Neelamraju (AP Circle) – originally 2018, revised to 2017‑18.
• Anand Singh (Postal Directorate) – originally 2019, revised to 2018.
• Several officers’ vacancy years shifted backward (2018 → 2017‑18, 2019 → 2018, 2020 → 2019, etc.).
• Clarification: date of regular promotion remains unchanged; only vacancy year assignment is revised.

🗂️ Section B – Vacancy Year Unchanged

• Lists officers whose assigned vacancy years remain the same despite the revision.

Example:

• M. Ganesh (Tamil Nadu Circle) – vacancy year remains 2018.
• Dinesh Chander Pandey (Delhi Circle) – vacancy year remains 2020.
• Covers officers across Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Bihar, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and other circles.
