Sub: Regarding VC on 10.09.2026 for Demonstration of Data Entry Module for Investigation and Vigilance in preparation for nationwide Roll-out.

Madam/Sir,

With respect to the captioned subject, I am directed to inform that the Data Entry Module for loss & fraud cases (a part of Investigation Module) is scheduled for roll-out on 15.09.2026. To prepare for the roll-out, a Video Conference (VC) on 10.09.2026 (Thursday) from 1030 hrs onwards will be hosted by CEPT along with nominated members from Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh Circles (Pilot Circles).

During the VC, CEPT along with nominated members from Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh Circles will provide a detailed demonstration of the Data Entry Module for familiarisation and training purpose. The VC will provide an opportunity to the concerned Staff upto Divisional Level in the Circles to understand the functionality and workflow of the module and seek clarifications, if any, before roll-out. The Operational Guide for the module will also be shared for ready reference.

All Circles are requested to ensure participation of the concerned officers/officials in the VC.
