Subject: Calling for applications for filling up of the post of Inspector of Posts at RAKNPA Ghaziabad – regarding.

Director, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai National Postal Academy (RAKNPA), Ghaziabad invites applications from volunteers to work as Inspector (Technology) at RAKNPA Ghaziabad in the enclosed proforma. It is requested to circulate this notice to all eligible officers in your Circle/Region/Centre.

1. Role and Responsibilities of IP (Technology):

• Function as Technology In-charge for the Academy.
• Oversee and coordinate procurement of electronic items through GeM.
• Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of Computer Laboratory and departmental software, and provide technical support during technology-enabled training programmes.
• Support the iGOT Cell in developing case studies, training content, e-learning material, and other digital content for capacity-building.

2. Essential Qualifications:

• Degree/Certification in Computer Application/Engineering (B.Tech/BCA/MCA etc.).
• Minimum 5 years as Postal Assistant with good knowledge of postal operations.
• Experience with CSI and APT 2.0 platform.
• Basic knowledge of postal accounting.
• Experience as team member in technology projects.
• Knowledge of GeM platform.
• Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

3. Preferential Qualifications:

• Additional certificates/degrees showing keenness to learn.
• Knowledge of content creation for iGOT Cell.

4. Service Conditions:

• Mandatory stay in RAKNPA campus.
• Perform tasks as directed by Director RAKNPA or competent authority.
• Dedication to training/iGOT activities at all times.
• Participation in morning yoga sessions and sports events.

5. Tenure: Normally three years.

6. Application Submission:

• Applications in prescribed proforma to be submitted by 14.10.2026 at 6:00 PM to Academy@indiapost.gov.in.
• Late or manual/physical applications will not be entertained.
• Screening test/interview through VC mode may be conducted.
