Madam/ Sir,

I am directed to refer to APS Directorate letter no. 90024/APS 1A dated 05.10.2026 and 07.10.2026 on the above-mentioned subject for relinquishment of Temporary Commission.

The matter has been examined and approval of the Competent Authority are conveyed for providing accommodation in respect of aforesaid official in the Postal Circle mentioned against their name:

On relinquishment of Temporary Commission, the officers will report to above mentioned Circles for further duties. APS Directorate may take immediate necessary action for relinquishment of Temporary Commission of above-mentioned officers in consultation with concerned Postal Circle. Relieving charge report may be sent to all concerned.
