Corrigendum – Productivity Linked Bonus for Accounting Year 2025‑26

Subject: Productivity Linked Bonus for the Accounting Year 2025‑26 – reg.

In partial modification of the Department’s order of even number dated 16.10.2026 regarding payment of Productivity Linked Bonus for the Accounting Year 2025‑26, the date mentioned in the second line of Para 3.4 shall be read as “01.04.2025” instead of “01.04.2026.”

The corrected portion of Para 3.4 now reads:

“Those Gramin Dak Sevaks who have resigned/discharged or left service from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026 will also be entitled to proportionate ex‑gratia Bonus. In case of all such Gramin Dak Sevaks, the Ex‑gratia Bonus admissible will be as per provisions of Para 3.1 above.”

All other terms and conditions of the original order remain unchanged. This corrigendum is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
