Subject: Scrutiny of application submitted for the verification of Service Association and GDS Association – reg.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to letter of even no. dated 06.10.2026, wherein various observations were made by the Department and requested all Associations to carry out necessary amendments in the constitution/bye‑laws by 14.10.2026.

In this regard, it is informed that the Competent Authority has decided to extend the last date of submission of scrutinized constitution/bye‑laws from 14.10.2026 to 26.10.2026. It is also informed that failing to carry out necessary amendments in stipulated time may also lead to non‑consideration of the application for membership verification/recognition.
