Extension of Submission Date for Scrutinized Constitutions / Bye‑Laws of Service and GDS Associations

The Department of Posts (SR Section), Ministry of Communications, Government of India, issued letter No. 10/6/2026‑SR‑DOP, dated October 2026, addressed to all Service and GDS Associations.

The letter refers to an earlier communication dated 06.10.2026, which requested associations to amend their constitutions or bye‑laws by 14.10.2026. The Competent Authority has now extended the deadline for submission of scrutinized constitutions/bye‑laws to 26.10.2026.
