Subject: Wide publicity of Bharat Connect QR Code for Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and its display at Counters – reg.

Respected Madam/Sir,

Kindly find attached the Bharat Connect QR Code for Postal Life Insurance (PLI), developed by the BBPS team and now live and ready for use by the customers.

The QR Code enables customers to access the Postal Life Insurance biller page directly through Bharat Connect-enabled payment applications such as PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm. After scanning the QR Code, customers can select the available payment application and proceed with the standard bill fetch and payment process.

In view of the above, all Circles are requested to ensure wide publicity of the Bharat Connect QR Code through suitable digital communication channels, including email, WhatsApp and social media platforms. Further, the QR Code may be printed and prominently displayed at Post Office Counters to facilitate easy access by customers and create awareness about this payment facility.

All Circles are requested to ensure necessary action in this regard for wide publicity through available means and facilitate customers in accessing the PLI bill payment page through the QR Code.
