PAN-India Rollout of Insurance Management Solution (IMS) Scheduled for 25 November 2026: Directorate of Postal Life Insurance Notification

 

Respected Madams/Sirs,

As per the directions of the Competent Authority, it has been decided that the PAN-India rollout of the Insurance Management Solution (IMS) will be undertaken on 25.11.2026.

2. In this regard, all Circles are requested to kindly inform their respective subordinate offices, including Regional Offices, Divisional Offices, CPCs, Head Offices, Sub Offices and Branch Offices, accordingly, so that necessary preparatory action may be initiated at all levels.

3. Detailed instructions/guidelines regarding the pre-requisite activities to be completed prior to the rollout, including the timelines, will be shared separately in due course.
