Dear Team,

Pls find the below resolution for the issue of Fatal error loading user credentials

Solution : Follow these steps to resolve this issue (“Fatal error loading user credentials”) in ECMP-UC Version 3.3.4.2/223-1

1. Download the new Credential File from the Back Office Portal of the Concern Registrar.

2. Open ECA and Remove Old Credential file & upload the new Credential File.

3. Restart your PC or laptop.

4. Go to C:\UID and open the ECMP64 file.
