PRESS enter key à Select article type—BPCOD à Enter article number à OK à YES à CLOSE.

Case 1: - FOR ARTICLE INVOICING TO BEAT

Open postman module   à  Login with user à Invoicingà COD articles à Article for delivery à post sorting à select the beat number à FETCH à ARTICLES SELECT à OK

CASE 2: - FOR PRINT DELIVERY SLIP OF POSTMAN

Open postman module   à  login with user à Delivery slip à Select BEAT à SELECT article à OK à file àPRINT.

CASE 3: - TAKE RETURN OF POSTMAN IF COD ARTICLES DELIVERD

Open postman module   à  login with user à return à COD articles à BEAT number select à FETCH à Article number select à FINISH.

Then

Open treasury module à login with user à receipts à Postman RETURN à select POSTMAN & BEAT àOK àENTER AMOUNT à FINISH à CLOSE.

Then

Open postman module à login with supervisor à treasury à submit account à postman à Select BEAT à OK.

CASE 4: - TAKE RETURN OF POSTMAN IF COD ARTICLES RETURN TO SENDER SAME DAY

Open postman module à login with user à COD article àBeat number à FETCH à Article number select à Give remerk ONLY & ONLY absent not found à Undelivered à FINISH  à CLOSES.

Then

Open postman module à Login with user à Window delivey à COD article à Select the article à unclaimed à OK à close.

(then we have able to close cod article bag in despatch module with option fetch from postman)

Then

Open Postman Module à Login With Supervisor à Treasury à Submit Account à Windowà  OK.

Case 7 : - if cod articles return to sender after 1 to 7 days in window delivery option

Open postman module à login with user à window delivey à cod article à select the article à unclaimed à ok à close.

(then we have able to close cod article bag in despatch module with option fetch from postman)

Case 8: - for article invoicing to beat if massege give no article found

Open postman module   à  login with supervisor à tools à request resend parcel cod booking data à article select à send request àthen run r net communication à ok à close

(note: - next request send after 50 minute) after received file through r net communication from central server postman user able to invoicing the cod artilce to beat or b.os.

Case 9: - for article invoicing to bos

Open postman module   à  login with user à invoicingà cod articles à to bos à select b.o à fetch à select articles à ok.

Case 10: - for print delivery slip of b.os

Open postman module   à  login with user à reportàcod articles à to bos à select b.os à ok à print.

Case 11: - take return of b.os if cod articles deliverd

Open postman module   à  login with user à bo remarks à cod articles à select b.o à fetch à select article àremark delivered àok àfinish.

(note: - take return of cod article after data entry in sub accounts to concerned bo under head bpcod collection.)
