Pending Reports of Project arrow Request ID in Sanchay Post

Generate of Project Arrow Request ID pending Report

All the Non CBS Post offices had requested to create Project Arrow request ID before do the transaction of Transferred Out / Closed account.

In Sanchay Post 

• Counter PA can create the Request ID for XFRD-OUT / CLOSED account.
• Click on Project Arrow > Select option of Request for Account Closure / Transfer
• Enter Account Number and generate the Request for each accounts.
• After complete the transaction of Closure / Transferred , Open Updation form to update the Transaction.

Generate Pending report of PA Pending forms

1. Click on Project Arrow form > Report Click new form.
2. Select Customer Report then OK.
3. In Status Select as Pending to generate Pending PA Request.
