Finacle application access issues and solution

Finacle Webpage access issues 

While access Finacle site it may show the error message as Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. 

Solution

• Check the Desktop settings of Finacle given by DMCC.
• Ensure Java enable in IE Browser.

Note: Preferred DNS Should be 172.16.17.67 and alternate should be blank in Finacle Client machine.
