Speed Net 4.3 BNPL Error and Solution

While Collecting the Speed Post BNPL Articles in Speed Net 4.3 Modules it may shown the error message as 

Destination Office details not available
The office with the pincode - 625001 is not found in the office master list. Please Update the office master database first and re-try.

Solution

Please check whether the Pincode-Distance slab mapping is done for the pincode '625001' or not. This may be the case for all other pincodes.

If not done, complete the Pincode – Distance slab mapping for all pincodes using the option available under  'Supervisor --> bulk customers --> Configuration --> Map Pincode - Distance Slab' window.   

Also note that booking will not be possible if this activity is not completed.
