BNPL Parcel Software error and Solution
- Please check whether the Customer is registered with the same of your Booking office code and Office type. Customer should be registered with the same Office type and office code of your office configuration.
- If both not matches then you will find the customers.
Kindly follow the guidelines which has given in the ftp site.
Download the Meghdoot Update 7.9.3 (New Release) using the url
Update the exe and BNPLPARCEL script and POCODES script.
Give a fresh "Get Customer Master" request through R Net Communication and do call server.
Upon receipt of data from r net central server, do call server again which will update your local office with BNPL Customers.
If still any issue,
Please send latest R Net Communication folder backup and BNPLParcel database backups for analyzing the issue.
