eMOVersion7.9.3.exl Script Level Error and Solution

While running eMOVersion7.9.3.exl in meghdoot 7.9.3 update, it ran successfully with two errors.
the error detail is

"[Implicit conversion of varchar value to varchar cannot be performed because the collation of the value is unresolved due to a collation conflict.] : Script Execution Error : While executing statement -- =============================================" 

Instruction 

The above error messages are comes in SQL Version 2005/2008 or higher version.  Just Ignore the above error if eMO Module is working without error.
