CSI Related Issues should be taken up with TCS with following templates. we may raise the ticket for the  following issues:

• Active Directory like Domain Joining/User Locked or domain/domain user related issues
• India post email related issues
• Antivirus Installation / Upgradation / installation / GUP Related issues
• Other issues related to CSI
