Uploading of past premium no longer be available after 15.03.2016 in McCamish - CIS

Past premium posting of PLI & RPLI policies and acceptance of premium in 'Core Insurance Solution

As per the given directorate orders, all PLI and RPLI policies must be got updated in McCamish by 15.03.2016.  From 16.03.2016, option to update PLI/RPLI policies provided to CPCs through uploading of CSV files will be disabled and policies cannot be updated by CPCs after 15.03.2016. All SPMs must send pass books for updation and see that all their policies are got updated in McCamish.

In light of the fact that 'CIS' has stabilized and sufficient time has already been given to update and correct records, it has been decided that the functionality of uploading past premium details through .csv files will no longer be available after 16.03.2016. It is, therefore, requested to kindly ensure updating of past premium posting of all policies where justified! required! necessitated 15.03.2016 18:00 hrs. For the purpose, Circles! Regions! Divisions! CPCs should consult 'PushBack' Reports, which were shared by Infosys at the time of migration of data and approach insurants for getting their policies revived. On doing this large number of cases are likely to come to light where premium payment is being done regularly by the insurants, but not updated in the system.

Premium posting in all such policies also need to be updated through .csv file latest by 15.03.2016.
