How to resolve the issue of Symantec AV Server Status Offline

TCS is sending a List of PCs not getting update from server to our Circle office now a day. When we see the list and amaze that some IP address are regularly updated but they are in list of TCS "AV not updated". This is being various reason but one of the most reason is that your AV server is offline. 
When you open your AV, pane right side of corner a Help button is situated. Click on it.
  • When you click on Help a small window open. 
  • Choose troubleshooting.
  • Now you see the screen as given above.
  • What should be here instead of Offline?
There must be IP address of Server. 

How can we update offline from Server IP ?

Please download the zip file from given link , extract it and Double click on SylinkDrop.exe . The connection will be re-established. 
http://172.19.64.23:8014/EmailInstallPackages/SCU.zip
And the icon of AV in task bar display green signal as like below screen shoot

Its mean your AV is now connected to Server.
