Family Pension -CAT Judgement
A long pending family Pension case under New Pension scheme 2004 has been decided today. Hon'ble CAT Hyderabad directed the Department to grant Family Pension and DCRG to the wife of the deceased employee in accordance with the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. This is the first case.
