Procedure to Connect RICT Device through Sify Network Via LAN Cable

Is network is not available in your RICT Device?

Ok.

What we have to do when no network in RICT Device. RICT Device is running through GSM network provider and the avaibility of network is based on the signal strength of the network provider. Hence, before supplying by DO/receiving by BPM, please ensure that the network availability. If you are already received a device just write up a letter to next higher DOP Authorities to take up the issue to the concern for further rectification.

In meanwhile, we can connect RICT Device through Sify LAN Network by diabling SIM Network. Please follow the below procedure:

Other than configured SIM available in the RICT Device is not supporting. In case of any changes required, SIM will be supplied by the Vendor and the same needs to be configured through BackEnd.

The connection established through DOP LAN only. Other than DOP LAN, the connectivity could not be established.
