Availing Services of Post Office Savings Bank/Certificate in the Same SOL/HO or at different SOLs

However, if any customer requests for availing the above services at an office other than the office at which the accounts stands open, then he can be guided about the facility of transfer of Account from office to office on payment of prescribed fees. However, it is optional for the customer to get his account transferred or not. He must not be compelled.
