ATM Issuance problem in Finacle

ATM Issue Problem due to 12 Digit Account Number:

Solution:

  • Invoke CCMM Command in Finacle
  • Enter Customer CIF ID
  • Click On Go Button
  • Now,  Click on searcher 🔍against Account Number
  • Then Select Account Number instead Of typing the account number
  • Now Fill All Other Mandatory Fields & Click on Submit
  • Issue Resolved.
Please Click on searcher against Account Number (inside CCMM menu), then click on account number instead of typing the account number
