Aadhaar Enrolment Client .\bin\launcher.exe not found error and resolution || Download launcher.exe for ECMP/ ECA

ECMP /ECA V3.3.4.2/96-2 pushed through Aadhaar OTA client Application. This version also thrown the following error message as .\bin\launcher.exe 

Windows cannot find .\bin\launcher.exe. Make sure you typed name correctly, and then try again.
