Error Occurs While Start-up Application
"AADHAAR ENROL SERVICE CLIENT COMMUNICATION ERROR WHILE FETCHING STATION DETAILS"
Solution
Step-1 Stop all Aadhaar services (OTA, Qssitv and multiplatform)
Step-2 Please Delete ouc File and Rename "ouc-old" file as ouc inside bin folder
Path: C:\UID Authority of India\Aadhaar Enrollment client\bin
Step-3 Right click in bin folder and refresh
Step-4 Start all Aadhaar services which was stopped.
Please do the below basic troubleshoot, if it get resolved then please apply the same steps for another systems. If the problem still persist then please write the email to tech support (techsupport@uidai.net.in)
