  • Total Non/Slow-Accessibility of SAP on 13.05.2025 & 14.05.2025:
  • System was completely inaccessible/slow, causing severe disruptions in handling pending mails and financial transactions.
Harassment of Operational Staff:
  • Staff faced immense difficulties due to system failures, leading to undue pressure and operational challenges in time-sensitive tasks.
Persistent Slowness in SAP:
  • System remains sluggish, especially in mornings, affecting processing, invoicing, treasury transactions, cash requests/disbursement, and generation of crucial reports.
Erratic Functioning of Finacle:
  • Finacle services were slow/non-accessible, causing distress for both customers and staff unable to complete transactions smoothly.
  • Request: Urgent intervention is highly required to address these issues.
